About Me

I completed my training as a psychologist at the Australian National University (ANU) as part of a Master of Clinical Psychology degree. I have since completed a PhD in psychology at Queensland University of Technology (QUT).

I am trained in the use of such therapies as emotion-focussed therapy (EFT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), couples therapy and family therapy. I have experience in the delivery of therapy to people experiencing a wide range of conditions, including marital/relationship difficulties, depression, borderline personality disorder and anxiety disorders.
