First, you contact Dr Cologon via email. Dr Cologon will get details from you and arrange an appointment time via email. You will indicate whether you would prefer video link or telephone (with a video link, you and Dr Cologon get to see each other - obviously, with the telephone, you don't).
If you choose video link as the preferred method for you consultation, Dr Cologon will email you an internet link for your scheduled session. You can use your computer, your phone, or your ipad or other tablet to conduct the session. There is no nead to install any software.
If you choose telephone, you give Dr Cologon the number you wish him to call you on, and at the time of your scheduled appointment, he will phone you.
